# Why are none of my fields showing in the editor?

![](/files/CGMwJeQ5ie8P5MtLWqyU)

If you are experiencing that none of your fields is available in the editor for an object it is most likely because of [Field context filters](/metafield-definitions/field-context-filters.md) defined in the settings of your fields or sections.

You can view which filters are applied to your fields by clicking "edit field"/"edit section":

You will therefore have to either:

a) Remove/change the filter settings to match the object you are trying to edit the content for, or

b) Change the product settings to match the filter settings applied.

Note: if you change any product settings in your store, remember to hit the "[refresh](/help/faq/my-newly-created-object-in-shopify-is-not-available-in-acf.md)" button in the right sidebar in ACF to see the changes applied immediately.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.accentuate.io/help/faq/why-are-none-of-my-fields-showing-in-the-editor.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
